Production Process Flow for Steel-wood Armored Doors

The classification of steel-wood armored doors includes: steel-wood armored doors, cast-aluminum armored doors, and intricately carved aluminum-wood armored doors. The structural design is critically important. If the structural design is inadequate, no matter how excellent the exterior finish, hardware, or locks may be, they will all be useless—because an armored door with a poor structure simply lacks any real resistance to violent attacks. Steel-wood armored doors have wooden panels on the exterior and a steel frame on the interior. As for materials used in security doors, there are various options; among them, the lattice-style security door—a type commonly seen today—is typically made by welding steel pipes together, but it offers relatively poor anti-theft performance. Steel-wood armored doors serve as entrance doors, and their primary feature is that they do not employ traditional surface treatment methods. Instead, they add a layer of wood veneer to the surface of the steel entrance door. This approach not only ensures the security of the door but also significantly enhances its aesthetic appeal, transforming the entrance door from a cold, metallic texture into something warm and sophisticated. Today, we’ll take a closer look at the production process of steel-wood armored doors.
